About the Community
The Knob Hill subdivision is located in Bloomfield Township, Michigan and is comprised of approximately 92 single-family homes. Before it was developed in 1961, the area was an apple orchard owned by the Forman Brothers. The original farmhouse stood at the corner of Quarton Rd. and Franklin Rd.
School District
The neighborhood is served by the Bloomfield Hills School District. Our community is served by Conant Elementary School, South Hills Middle School and Bloomfield Hills High School.
The Knob Hill Homeowners Association is dedicated to preserving the charm, safety, and property values of our community. Beyond neighborhood upkeep, our primary goal is to foster an inclusive, connected environment where neighbors feel like family. Through clear communication, organized social events, and active resident involvement, we work together to ensure Knob Hill remains a place everyone is proud to call home.
