About the Community

The Knob Hill subdivision is located in Bloomfield Township, Michigan and is comprised of approximately 92 single-family homes.Before  it was developed in 1961, the area was an apple orchard owned by the Forman Brothers. The original farmhouse is still located at the corner of Quarton Rd. and Franklin Rd.

School District

The  neighborhood is served by the Bloomfield Hills School District. Our  community is served by Conant Elementary School, Bloomfield Hills Middle  School and Bloomfield Hills High School.
